- Application Letter complete with Form PPLH 3100
- Company Profile
- Working Paper of the Proposed Project
- Verified copies of Form 9,24 and 44 under the Company Act
- A copy of Land Tittle [Ownership] (to be verified) or Leasehold Agreement (LA)
- Company’s Organisation Chart (Forest Plantation Management Division).
